Beginning with an understanding of both his “Jobs To Be Done” theory of approaching product innovation and the complex needs and desires that motivate consumer behavior, Moesta explains innovative prototyping and designing experience that do the Jobs, and outlines his prototyping strategies for connecting consumer JTBD with products and services that deliver.
