Join a 3-month program that will prepare you for modern Product Management leadership.

Perfecting the skills needed to be the best Product Manager you can be is hard enough. But once you progress and take the next leap to Product Leadership, you must prepare yourself for a whole new world of challenges. You must now be a manager of resources, strategy, and perhaps most importantly, people. All of which requires you to take a wholesale change of approach to your product career. 

You don’t have to do this alone. In fact, many don’t. The lucky ones can either afford to hire an individual product coach or have a highly experienced leader in their organization that has the time to mentor them. 

FOR EVERYONE ELSE, THERE IS PRODUCT COLLECTIVE'S RISING LEADERS PROGRAM. WITH A MIXTURE OF SMALL-GROUP COACHING AND A SHARED EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER UP-LEVELING PRODUCT LEADERS, RISING LEADERS IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU MAKE THE TRANSITION TO PRODUCT LEADERSHIP.

how it works

RISING LEADERS is an application-only, cohort-driven program initially limited to just 12 Product Leaders.

Over the course of three months, the group will get to tap into a network of other new/aspiring Product Leaders, take part in productive conversations facilitated by a highly experienced guide, and learn directly from an acclaimed Product Coach through small group sessions. 

Each group focuses on critical Product Leadership topics every month -- including Hiring, Team Management, Product Strategy, and more.

Includes three 90-minute group coaching sessions with renowned executive coach to product leaders, Ken Norton (formerly of Google and GV).


Matched into a cohort of 12 new/aspiring Product Leaders representing a diverse set of industries and backgrounds. 

Private communication channel for your cohort, with weekly discussion starters.

Weekly curated reading lists sent to the group, specifically designed for this cohort. 

Live, interactive sessions planned weekly -- including 3 facilitated virtual meetups and 1 virtual group coaching session each month.

Online updates feature to track learning and progress throughout the year. 

Lifetime access to INDUSTRY On Demand.

Complimentary pass to the Virtual edition of INDUSTRY: The Product Conference in October 2022.

Access to RISING LEADERS is by application only. This allows the Product Collective team to be highly selective of who is placed in the initial cohort, ensuring that the group of peers participating can freely exchange knowledge without the threat of sharing competitive information. 


The cost of taking part in the inaugural three-month program is $1,499, which includes everything shown above. There will also be an opportunity to continue to take part in the program with your cohort once the initial three months has concluded.
