how it works
RISING LEADERS is an application-only, cohort-driven program initially limited to just 8-10 Product Leaders.
Over the course of six months, the group will deepen their understanding of themselves, transform as leaders, and support each other's learning by building their own coaching skills through sessions facilitated by one of the most sought-after executive coaches to Product Leaders today.

Matched into a cohort of 8-10 new/aspiring Product Leaders representing a diverse set of industries and backgrounds.
Weekly curated reading lists sent to the group, specifically designed for this cohort.

Access to RISING LEADERS is by application only. This allows the Product Collective team to be highly selective of who is placed in the initial cohort, ensuring that the group of peers participating can freely exchange knowledge without the threat of sharing competitive information.
The cost of taking part in this intensive, 6-month program is $4,995, which includes everything shown above. Once all 10 slots have been taken, those not selected can be considered for future cohorts.
